ORDERING INFORMATION

We'll try to cover most ordering questions in the following list.  As you go through it, if you have a question that isn't answered here, please contact me and I'll be happy to answer it for you.  Additionally, if you don't see what you're looking for here, send me an e-mail at the link above and if I can't do it for you, I'll probably know someone who can.  When you're ready to checkout, just click the "Buy Now" button below, and follow the steps.  Send me an e-mail (or, write them in the PayPal comments section) with the answers to the questions below, and we'll get you fixed up.

What size do you need?

Please use the following chart to measure the belt you're currently using.  Measure from the fold at the buckle to the hole you're currently using on your old belt.  This measurement will become the center hole on your new belt.  Whatever you do, DON'T give me your pants size, or the size stamped on your old belt.  Take the time to measure your old belt following the diagram below.  If you don't have an old belt, then measure your waist at the level you wear your belt.  If you carry inside-the-waistband it's a general rule of thumb to add a couple of inches to your measurement to accommodate the gun.  Again, ideally--use your old belt.  If you carry IWB, take the measurement to the hole you're using with your gear on.  If you have ANY questions, please contact me. 

What color do you want?

Currently, we offer BLACK, MAHOGANY, BLACK CHERRY, SALTILLO and NATURAL OIL (kind of a Honey Gold).  LIGHT BROWN and CORDOVAN will be back on the menu soon.  The most popular color is black with black stitching, and we try to keep those complete and on-hand at all times.  Generally, we always have sizes 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, and 44 in-stock for immediate shipment.

What color thread would you like?

We currently offer BLACK, WHITE, and HENNA.  The most popular combination is a black belt with black stitching.  White stitching looks great on the Natural Oil belts, and the Henna thread really looks good on Mahogany (pictures coming soon).  Black stitching looks great on Mahogany, too.

Which buckle would you like?

We offer a single heavy buckle style in two "colors," or finishes.  Both styles are polished brass in either gold or silver/chrome.  The Weaver buckles are extremely popular, and work beautifully with the heavier, thicker gun belts by eliminating the need to make an extreme bend in the belt when fastening.  Here's what they look like:

How wide do you want your belt?

We're currently offering only the 1-1/2" width.  I'd say that makes this the easiest question on the list so far.  We'll be offering the 1-1/4" belts again soon.

Will this be shipped to a destination within the State of Florida?

If you answered "yes," then we have to charge you 6.5% Florida Sales Tax.  When you checkout, the sales tax will be added automatically.  If you live outside of Florida, this won't apply to you.  We don't charge sales tax on the shipping fee of $7.95.  Your belt will ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  We'll e-mail the tracking/delivery confirmation number to you immediately after your belt leaves here.
