1.  What if I ordered the wrong size and it doesn't fit?

That's not a problem.  The most important thing to do is to avoid causing any wear or marks on the belt.  You have to return it exactly as you received it.  Send me an e-mail and let me know what the problem is.  Then, BOX (very important you use a box) it up--you can use the Priority Mail box you received it in, if necessary.  Ship it back to me with the correct size and I'll send you another.  You do have to pay the shipping both ways.

2.  What if I want to return it for a refund?

Again, that's no problem.  You have seven (7) days to return it "as-new" for a refund.  As mentioned in FAQ #1, it's critical that you don't mark it, or create any signs of wear.  BOX it up, send an e-mail letting me know it's coming back, and when we receive it we'll immediately refund your payment less shipping costs and credit card/Paypal fees.

3.  Do you accept credit cards by telephone, e-mail or postal mail?

No.  We only accept credit cards through the website using PayPal.  It's simple, convenient, and most of all--secure.  We never see your credit card information.  Please don't ever send it to us by mail or electronic mail.
